**Offer Details**
Buy one (1) eligible subscription item at regular price and receive a second eligible subscription item of equal or lesser value at **50% off**.
**Promotion Period**
This promotional pricing is valid for **twelve (12) consecutive months** from the date of the initial subscription purchase. At the end of the 12-month promotional period, the discounted subscription(s) will automatically revert to the then-current standard subscription pricing unless cancelled in accordance with the subscription cancellation policy.
**Eligibility**
* Offer is valid on eligible subscription products only.
* Offer is limited to **one (1) promotional redemption per household**.
* Household is determined by billing address, shipping address, payment method, account holder, and/or other identifying information at the sole discretion of the company.
* Both subscription items must be purchased in the same transaction to qualify and must be for same location and network, unless previously agreed to between the parties.
**Discount Application**
* The 50% discount applies only to the lower-priced or any other eligible subscription.
* If both subscriptions are the same price, the discount will apply to one subscription only.
* The promotional discount will remain in effect for up to twelve (12) months, provided both subscriptions remain active and in good standing.
**Changes to Subscription**
* If the full-price subscription is cancelled during the promotional period, the discounted subscription will immediately revert to the standard subscription price.
* Any upgrades, downgrades, plan changes, or product substitutions may affect promotional eligibility and may result in loss of the promotional pricing.
**Limitations**
* Offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotional offers, coupons, or special pricing unless expressly stated.
* Offer has no cash value and is non-transferable.
* No rain checks or substitutions will be provided.
**Cancellation**
Subscribers may cancel at any time in accordance with the standard subscription cancellation policy. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused promotional months unless required by applicable law.
**Account Standing**
All subscription payments must remain current. Failure to make timely payments or any chargeback, payment dispute, or failed payment may result in immediate loss of promotional pricing and reinstatement at the then-current standard subscription rates.
**General**
The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion in cases of fraud, abuse, technical error, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such changes will not affect promotional discounts already applied to eligible subscribers during their active 12-month promotional period.
