PayPal
We utilize PayPal as our primary payment processor. However, when signing up, there is no requirement to have or set up a PayPal account. You can simply click on the provided link to proceed with using a credit card without needing a PayPal account.
Our app operates on a 30-day plan, with PayPal subscriptions set up on a monthly basis. This means that there are instances where we may need to renew your app account without immediate payment from you. Upon initial sign-up, we must have faith that you will fulfill your payment obligation as agreed.
In the event that your payment fails during the first try on a new account, we will deactivate your app account due to non-payment, and you may be requested to use an alternative payment method that requires manual payment every 30 days. We understand that there are circumstances, such as credit card fraud or forgotten card expiration dates, that may lead to payment failures which are beyond your control. If this occurs, we simply ask that you reach out to us to provide an explanation. Otherwise, your app account may remain suspended until the payment issue is resolved.
Once you have maintained a good standing account for a period of time, the first payment failure will not result in immediate app account deactivation, and PayPal will attempt the charge again after 5 days. If the payment fails for a second time, your app access may be disabled. A third payment failure will lead to PayPal pausing your subscription, and you may be required to pay a reconnect fee if your renewal was based on a trust basis.
