To troubleshoot audio and video problems, try changing the player settings. Just follow the instructions below:
1. Open the app on your device.
2. Go to the settings menu by clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen.
3. In the settings menu, look for the player settings option.
4. Click on player settings to access the options for changing the player settings.
5. You can adjust settings from hardware to software or software to hardware.
6. Make the desired changes to the player settings and save your changes.
7. Close the settings menu and continue using the app with the updated player settings.
