cash app
Using cashapp
If you prefer to use cashapp please let us know so we can use invoicing with square. This will keep your payments on time and keep you from having to use notes. If you use cashapp manually please be aware that your expiration date is posted on the app home page and you are responsible for paying ontime in order to keep your app turned on. Best practice is to pay in advance of expiration date. If you wait until your app has expired to pay, you may be waiting up to 6 hours for it to be renewed. This is because the app expires on its own at the given time of 30 days and the exact hour it was renewed on last renewal period. we do not turn off the app for expiration, it is done by the software and its own appointed time. We usually do renewals once a day in the evenings so you will have to wait until that time for your payment to be applied if you let it expire. If you have sent payment and want it to be turned on before our normal renewal time add $5.00 to your payment and text Mike to let him know. Your payment will then be applied within an hour of the text.
Using Notes on payment
We request that you NOT use any notes on payment, however it has been brought to our attention that some uptes on cashapp have now required a note and it is no longer optional. Therfore we are providing a list of do’s and don’ts for you that really should be just common sense.
Acceptable notes (the Do’s)
A single character will satisfy the option so you can use A-Z or numbers 1-0
Use of emoji is ok with exceptions. don’t use a TV or anything indicating streaming or television or cable
Just a simple thanks is acceptable
Non-acceptable notes (The Don’ts)
Anything pertaining to or indicating TV, App, cable or Streaming is unacceptable and may be refunded.
The name of the app such as View or ViewTV or MyTV or any app we sell is automatically refunded and you will be asked to use a different form of payment going forward.
IF YOUR PAYMENT IS REFUNDED YOU WILL NEED TO USE A DIFFERENT FORM OF PAYMENT OF A DIFFERENT USER NAME.
