How to reset the EPG after major platform update
◦Log out of the app
◦Click the home button (little house) on your fire stick remote then follow these instructions
Clear the fire stick Data
To clear the data for an app on a Fire Stick, you can do the following:
0.Go to Settings
0.Select Applications
0.Select Manage Installed Applications
0.Select the app you want to clear the data for
0.Select Clear data
◦Use same steps but clear data as well
◦You will loose favorites and need to login again
Once you have logged back in to ViewTV refresh live TV
Next refresh the EPG
Go to app home page ( the page that has live TV, Movies and Series)
Then to settings on top right
Then EPG
Click refresh EPG you may need to click it twice and don’t be concerned it says 0 found. Give it a couple of minutes and you will now have the EPG back
