Because this service is international we have had problems with AT&T, Xfinity and Cox internet providers. Here is the fix:

Press the Home button on the remote. Navigate to the left side of the screen and select Search. Search for the app HOLA VPN, then download and install it.

Restart the Fire Stick.

After the restart, open HOLA VPN, select Connect, then locate the SST app and click it to connect.

Enter your username and password, then click Add User. Click Add User again. Do not click Login VPN.

Once you have successfully logged in, disconnect the VPN. It is a free service and not very reliable, but it is sufficient to establish the initial connection.
