Because this service is international we have had problems with AT&T, Xfinity and Cox internet providers. Here are a couple of things to do:
1.) Make sure your internet provider’s security is off or disabled
AT&T is the one with the most fails and most of you have probably already disabled it along the way, but its worth taking a look to see if something triggered it to re-enable it. Use option 4 in this article disable AT&T security
2.)VPN (possible cost involved )
Press the Home button on the remote. Navigate to the left side of the screen and select Search. Search for Proton VPN, then download and install it. You can install the VPN of your choice, Proton is recommended in the free VPN market or any of the better names. You will only need the VPN to login! Once you have logged in you can disconnect the VPN.

After the restart, open the VPN, select Connect, you may need to locate the SST app and click it to connect the VPN , all are different
Go back to the SST and click add user then Enter your username and password, then click Add User again. Do not click Login VPN.
Once you have successfully logged in, You can disconnect the VPN.
3.) Use your cell phone (no cost involved)
You can also use your cell phone hotspot in the same fashion providing your cell is not AT&T or the other providers above. Here is how you do it.
Connect your firestick to your cell hotspot by going to the firestick home page (hit the house button on remote)
go to settings > network and look for your phone hotspot name and connect to it.go back and connect to your home WIFI network
return to the firestick home page and click on SST app.
now login to the app by clicking add user > enter login >add user again DO NOT CLICK ON VPN CONNECT
