Many of our cash users have experienced an error where it keeps saying retry. The fix is actually very easy and quick. You just need to refresh the app. To refresh SSTV or Beehive you simply go to the switch user button in the top right of the app home page. Click on it and then click on your user. This will refresh the app and it will start working again!
